Dr. Kairit Kall is a researcher at the Centre for International Social Studies at Tallinn University. Her primary research field is labor sociology, with a focus on labor relations, labor migration, platform work, and the integration of work and environmental sustainability. She has participated in several international research projects, including PLUS (2019–2022), which focused on the impact of the platform economy on work, welfare, and social protection, and PRIMUS (2022–2025), which aims to facilitate the adoption of a circular economy in the European Union. Starting in 2025, Dr. Kall will lead Tallinn University’s team in the Horizon Europe project EGRUiEN (2025–2028). This project investigates how social dialogue institutions and practices can ensure a fair green and digital transition.
